Description:
Original tiny fishing village settlement now greatly expanded in the form of a slick, modern resort above a pretty cove with small fishing boats at anchor.

Suitability:
Quiet exclusivity, preferred by mature couples.

Accommodation:
All smartly designed, including the dominating aparthotel Mar de Menorca. Many lovely villas with abundant gardens.

Shopping:
Very limited.Nightlife: little action here, although there is a disco in the hotel.

Beach:
At head of inlet is a very small beach of compacted white sand with low cliffs on either side. The water here is shallow, with a pond-like calmness.

Entertainments:
Three or four restaurants include one on the waterfront.

Eating:
Three daily buses to Mahon.

On the S coast, 4» miles from the airport and 6 miles from Mahon.
